I'm Kim Schaper.

And I’m here to help women like you transform their bodies and lives through my proven M3 Method™, focusing on mindset, meals, and movement.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Medicine Nutrition Specialist (FMNS), and accredited fitness coach, I’ve worked with over 1,000 women to overcome hormonal imbalances, restore their metabolism, and achieve lasting results. My approach combines professional expertise with personal experience.

I know firsthand how challenging this journey can be.

In my 20s, I struggled with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety, spending over a decade in and out of treatment centers. Even after getting well in my 30s, I faced new challenges with my hormones and metabolism that made achieving my fitness goals feel impossible. It took years of trial, error, and learning to finally remediate—and now, I’m dedicated to helping other women do the same.

I'm Ryan Owen.

Ryan Owen is a results-driven coach with 30+ years of experience, a B.S. in Exercise Physiology (University of Georgia), and certifications including NSCA CSCS, NSCA CPT, BioForce Conditioning Coach, and USAW Club Coach.

After three decades coaching in person, he’s helped nearly 1,000 women in peri- and post-menopause achieve breakthrough results online.
